₹1,500-2,500/sqft for basic-finish startup floors, ₹2,500-4,000/sqft for standard corporate fit-outs, ₹4,000-6,000/sqft for premium BFSI or product-engineering interiors, and ₹6,000+/sqft for signature flagships. Costs vary by neighborhood, building grade, and MEP load.
Drawings, NOCs, and supporting documentation, yes. We prepare submissions in the format BBMP and STPI accept, attend hearings if needed, and stay in the approvals loop with you. We do not promise approval timelines because those are not in our control, but we minimise iterations from our side.
Yes. We have worked in Manyata Tech Park, Whitefield SEZ buildings (RMZ, Embassy, Brigade), and Electronic City Phase 1 and Phase 2. Each park has its own contractor accreditation, work-hour windows, and material entry rules. We hold accreditations or partner with accredited execution teams as needed.
We schedule civil, exterior, and material-delivery-heavy work for pre-monsoon (April-May). MEP rough-in, partitions, ceiling, and most fit-out work happen during June-September with covered site protection. Finishes, polish, and snagging land in October. Your project schedule has the monsoon priced in, not bolted on as a delay later.
Yes, from 1,200 sqft upwards. Smaller offices usually finish in 6-8 weeks. We do not give them less attention because the spec is smaller. Most startup fit-outs are the first office for that founding team, and the design has to grow with the company. Worth doing right.
