That's what Design Consultancy is. We handle concept development, space planning, 3D visualization, working drawings, BOQ preparation, and vendor specifications. Your team handles execution. We stay involved through 8-12 weeks of execution-phase support to make sure the design intent translates correctly on site.
This works well for larger corporates with established facilities departments, multi-site rollouts where you want consistent design across cities, or clients who already have contractor relationships they want to keep.
