Office Interior Design is a 17-year-old commercial interior firm with 300+ projects delivered across Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, and Udaipur. We design and build offices, clinics, hotels, restaurants, showrooms, schools, and factory admin blocks. No residential work, no compromise on commercial-grade rigour.

The team is fully in-house: architects, designers, MEP engineers, project managers, and site supervisors all on our payroll. When something needs fixing on site, there is no finger-pointing between vendors.

Open roles

• Senior Interior Designer (Bangalore / Ahmedabad) — 6+ years commercial interior experience, AutoCAD + Revit, sector specialisation in healthcare or hospitality preferred.
• MEP Engineer (Bangalore) — 4+ years commercial MEP, healthcare or BFSI experience, AutoCAD MEP fluency, IS-code and NBC familiarity.
• Project Manager (Bangalore / Ahmedabad) — 5+ years interior fit-out PM, multi-vendor coordination, weekly client review discipline, Gujarati or Hindi for Ahmedabad role.
• Site Supervisor (Bangalore / Ahmedabad / Udaipur) — 3+ years on-site fit-out, civil and finishing trades, ability to manage 30+ trade workers on a live floor.
• Visualiser / 3D Designer (Bangalore) — 3D rendering, photoreal output, brand storytelling integration, V-Ray or Corona fluency.
• BOQ Analyst (Bangalore) — quantity surveying, vendor SKU rates, material-band pricing, sector-specific BOQ templates.

What we look for

• Commercial interior or MEP experience — not residential, not theatre, not stage. The discipline is different.
• Sector preference: tell us which sector you have done most work in. Healthcare, hospitality, retail, BFSI, IT-corporate, education, industrial — we have leads in each.
• Site exposure: real fit-out hours on real sites, not just CAD work. Even designers need site time with us.
• Comfort with line-item BOQs and weekly client reviews.
