Office Interior Design specifies and sources furniture and fittings as part of every turnkey project. We do not run a separate furniture business or showroom — what we source is grounded in the specific project brief, sector, and budget band.

Workstations & open-bay seating

• Modular workstations from Featherlite, Godrej Interio, Wipro Furniture, BoConcept and equivalent — standard linear, L-shape, cluster, and bench configurations.
• Ergonomic task chairs from Herman Miller, Steelcase, HNI India, Featherlite, Godrej — daily-8-hour-use specification.
• Pedestal and storage units to match workstation brand, locker units for hybrid-office briefs.

Executive cabin & boardroom furniture

• Executive desks, credenzas, side tables in FSC-certified hardwood veneer, AAA-grade fittings (Hafele, Hettich, Ebco), and ten-year material spec.
• Boardroom tables custom-fabricated to room size — 8-seater huddle, 14-seater meeting, 20-seater AGM-class boardroom.
• Conference seating from Steelcase, Herman Miller, HNI with leather or premium fabric.

Lounge & café-zone seating

How sourcing works on a project

BOQ specifies brand, grade, and quantity. Sample approvals before bulk procurement. Vendor coordination by our PM. Delivery scheduled around lift-allocation windows and building-management approvals. Warranty documentation handed over at project completion. 12-month defect liability on workmanship; manufacturer warranties pass through to client.
